My parents bought an apartment under my mother and my sister’s name about 2 years ago but they both are no longer staying so I’m taking it over.

Does anyone know what is the process of transferring the ownership? Any costs or pros/cons involved?

Looking to buy a condo around PJ

I’m in the middle of looking to buy a condo around PJ area ideally 1000sqf with 2-3 bedrooms either completed recently or completing in the coming 1-2 years.

I have looked around and couldn’t really find any, it’s either fully sold out or the project is completing in 3-4 years time.

Can I just walk in to Menara DBKL 2 to renew? What documents do I need?

I was trying to renew it online but they required a few documents which I was a bit confused.

Change of ownership

Hi all

I haven’t been living in malaysia for a while and currently in the process of buying an existing business - restaurant.

The restaurant owned by a SDN BHD and I was just wondering how to change the ownership from the restaurant to me (sole proprietorship) without buying off the SDN BHD?

Do I need to register all the business licenses and permits myself or it is transferable? If so, what are the documents do I need to register?

Buying an existing restaurant process

Hi all

A bit of background of myself, I used to live in overseas for about 7 years and recently came back to Malaysia for good.

I’m in the process of purchasing an existing restaurant in Malaysia. I have my accountant to look at the financial stuff but I have no previous experience in buying off an existing business.

Can anyone please give me some guidance what is the process or what should I start with? I know I will have to get a solicitor to prepare the sales agreement. But other than that, I would like to have a deeper understanding how it all work in malaysia. Would appreciate if anyone can give me an insight.

Looking for fish distribution network

We owns fish farms which mainly supplies FRESH barramundi/sea bass and red snapper to local distributors. Our fish farms located in the suburban areas which has limited buyers.
However, I was wondering if anyone has the network or contacts to distribute it either to different states or overseas?
