Hi,

Hse tel line got problem. Call telekom said the line no problem.

Mayb internal line problem. So they recommend their contractor.

Estimate how much for the charges?

If come check no problem they will charge RM50.
If got problem they will charge RM50 + others.

Any1 here get their services before.

Hi, would like to ask what are differences between tender and auction? What things we need to take note for tender property?

If auction property we need to check outstanding maintenance, quit rent, taxes, assessment, water, tnb, syabas and etc before auction date. How about tender property?
