I don't know if I am in the correct place to post this? But please help me out

So it started like this, I have severe acne problem for many years, and I decided to visit Dr. Ko Skin Specialist. They provide an acne package which consist of skincare products, treatments, and first month medication supply. Ok, so the total package worth around RM3200, but if take the package, I only have to pay RM2099.

First of all, in the acne package, it was stated that I am supposed to get a dermax 7A hydrogel which cost RM250 original price, instead, I was given dermacare aqua hydrating gel in substitution and it cost RM180 original price, and there is no discount in the RM2099 for me even though the product I got is cheaper. I asked about this and the explanation I got is because doctor prescribe me to use the RM180 product.

Secondly, there is one treatment R-Peel Facial treatment which cost RM480 in the package, but again, they say they converted my R-Peel Facial treatment to EXT treatment which cost around RM220. Originally there are already 3 EXT treatment included in the package, so now I have 4 EXT treatment and no more R-Peel Facial treatment. Which also means, I got a cheaper treatment, but also there is no total price reduction for this.

In conclusion, its like I've been told to pay RM2099 for a package worth of RM3200, but now, I am paying RM2099 for a package not worth of RM3200. Am I being stingy here? Or they are the one being unsteady like this. Please comment

i am facing this problem, where it said my device is missing important security and quality fixes, but i dont know how can i update it.
i cant even press those link like view update history, nothing happens when i clicked on those links.
1 more problem i faced is i cannot install thing from microsoft store, i press install and nothing happen

I am a student looking for a budget gaming laptop where i dont mind to play games at lowest setting. I also need to run solidworks and ansys with my laptop, is this one ok? The official price is rm2899 but can find cheaper one at Lzd around rm2.6k. Are there any other recommendation? budget maximum rm3.3k
