Got a Samsung Note 10+ last year.

Basically it is my work phone now. I used it most of the time and seldom use my laptop anymore(my laptop not even turn on once a week)

I use Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Gmail, and many apps all through the phone.

Question: can phone replace laptop for work tasks?

Am using Maxis home internet.

Last month internet down. Found out my 6 other neighbours are having same issue(they are Unifi and Maxis fibre users).

Maxis technician told me not enough ports in my area. So, when some new neighbour wants to install fibre. The installer will curi-curi unplug our ports and plug in the new installation into it.

Maxis fixed the internet after 14 days(they said they need to wait for TM to come)

After using about week now, the internet down again....

Question:

1) Is there anyway I can solve this problem? As I find it time consuming to keep on calling Maxis. I have also lodged a report with MCMC.

2) Why don't the installer use splitter?
