this is my last month blood report,..

my cholesterol is okay,.. but i got eat Simvastatin half tablet,.. non regular, sometimes forgot,.. should i stop Simvastatin since my cholesterol go normal,..??

but what is Alanine Transaniminase ??..what is Bilirubin ??.. seems like for liver function,.. seems like a bit high,.. the rest ,.. sodium a bit high,.. potassium a bit low (should be low vege diet),.. and low in creatine,..

fasting blood sugar is on normal range,..

last Dec 22nd,.. go company's Xmas dinner party,.. i got so drunk i got "potong filem" (drunken amnesia) and hangover the other day,.. and i got sakit buntut (literally butthurt),.. the sakit is on the bottom of my spine,.. especially sitting up straight when there's body weight pressured on it,.. so i guess i must had fall on sitting position,.. but how i fall i cannot remember,..heck i can't even remember how i come back,.. check my Grab apps,.. indicate i took Grab home around 1am midnight,.. but i can't remember the driver face or even his car,..

after 2 weeks,.. the pain still there,.. i scared got crack on the bones or the spine hernia (the cushion in-between spine break out),.. so i go see doctor yesterday,..

doctor said no crack,. no disc hernia,.. no need worried, can drink some more already,..

but when i ask the doctor should i do cold compress or hot compress,.. the doctor said,.. early injuries should do hot compress,.. after several days should do cold compress,.. i put gel icy pack on my back,.. i cannot tahan,.. then i google search about it,.. seems like the doctor give wrong advise ??
