puki foodpanda rider, pickup my food and take a picture on my door step but didn't deliver to me.....

and after mark as delivered I'm unable to contact the rider in the app, wtf.....

Report to foodpanda and first customer support say unable to refund as rider delivered the food. I tell her, not even deliver to me how can mark as delivered. She said got picture as proof, I ask her back snap a photo on my door step consider delivered? She didn't reply and end the chat, give her 1 star for this kind of support.

Raise again, another person luckily. He said the same thing but I explained to him again and now he pass it to so call "Special Investigation" team to investigate it and get back to me in 24hours....
walao, wasted my time to wait for the food and end up the puki mak rider dunno throw it or what (suspect he ate it as I call the guard after 10mins the rider still didn't come up and the guard say he just left)

Edit:
This is the proof of the rider delivered my food, but I open and checked already. Tak rak, empty. Even check with my neighbor (they are Malay), didn't hear any sound....

Some info update;

1. Rider come up but didn't knock or even press the door bell
2. I realized it after 10mins still not show up, check on front didn't have it so call my guard to confirm it. Guard say he still didn't come down yet.
3. Checked on my call and sms log, didn't have any new call, unable to call/chat with rider as marked as delivered (foodpandan unable to communicate after mark as delivered.....)
4. He came down after 12mins, my guard only check with him and he came down with empty hand. So he let him go ( My mistake here should inform guard to let me come down and check with him first)
5. I just wanna rant, sorry for putting his name up here. Already removed it

Was looking for either Halogen/Led headlight for size H7.

Legal if possible, 6k brightness or below would be enough. Bright enough and can last longer, tried Philips Diamond and Osram Night breaker b4, both around 1yr and a months then either one will burst.
