Hi all,

Am not too sure someone has started such topic but I just wanted to know does a property matter in terms of

1) no 4...and if is 3a does Chinese people still matter for future resale value?
2) east is it still the most preferred?
3)facing facilities or a non-blocking view better?
4)does a unit lower floor with higher parking matters?
5) highway,lrt tracks and etc..

I may missed some points but if anyone of you can think of more,feel free to add into the list.In short, what kind of unit is the best for investment/rental market with lowest/lower entry?
