water dispenser price

Hello everyone,

I am thinking to install water dispenser at my shop but i dont know which one has better price and good quality.
I heard of Coway and Cuckoo but they are quite expensive .
I dont which one should i go for and does anyone know any other brand that are similar to them.
Also can someone recommend any other water dispenser that are cheaper and worthy ?

I'm just set up my tuisyen centre in Seremban. I got offer from Metroliv and City Explorer magazine for advertising.
Since I'm new and can anyone advice which magazine should I go for it or any advice for advertising locally?

Arkitek recommendation

Hi everyone,

Im going to open the tuition centre very soon. My tuition centre is located in Seremban, Negeri sembilan.
In order for me to apply for the lesen from MPS, I need to install the fire escape stairs at the back of my shoplot.
So, I went to MPS, jabatan kawalan bangunan, I was told that I need to find the arkitek to draw the plan and get the approval from MPS jabatan kawalan bangunan, then I can start hiring the contrator to build the stairs.
However, when I contacted one of the arkitek, I was told that I need to build the stairs first then he will draw the plan to get approval from MPS jabatan kawalan bangunan. Is that true?
I remembered that the staff from the jabatan kawalan bangunan said that I need the plan first then build the stairs otherwise I will be fined for RM500.00.
Also, what if the stairs that I built was not meet the standard requirement by the MPS before the arkitek draw the plan. So, i am so confused and I dont agree with the arkitek.

Does anyone have any advice? or can anyone recommend an arkitek for me?

Hi everyone,I’m from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and I’m going to open tuisyen centre by renting the shop lot upstairs.
I am stuck somewhere and need your advice. I got the approval letter from jabatan pendidikan daerah.
so, the jabatan pendidikan swasta gave me 3 letters, one for jabatan kesihatan, bomba and MPS.
For the bomba permohonan, I need to apply online and I do not understand the below question.

What does it mean Perakuan bomba (FC)?

what does it mean sijil layak menduduki (CF)

What is boring G 8(pasif)?

Also, when I looked at the MPS form, it said I need to attach the fire escape stairs at the back door picture.
So, do I need the approval letter from bomba before I install the fire escape stairs ?
Also, does anyone know how much it will cost for the fire escape stairs approximately?
Any good recommendation of contractors in seremban area?

How to open tuition centre

Hi everyone,

This is my first time using forum and I have so many questions regarding how to open the tuition centre.
I have gone to pendidikan Swasta Daerah couple time but I was treated badly. The lady who works there was very mean to me and did not want explain stuff to me so I want to ask question from you guys who have experiences.

After I submitted the Surat permohonan to open tuition centre, I received a call from pendidikan swasta to pick up the form after they visited my premis. I want to know what is the next step and how long does it take to get the approval letter in order for me to register my tuition centre and apply the license. But before that, I knew my premis has not renovated and installed the fire escape stairs at the back of my premis. So, do I have to renovate Andrew install the fire escape stairs now?
