            <description>Hi, need some advice and opinion from all sifus here&lt;br /&gt;Recently want to purchase a house for own stay, after month of show room visiting and studying, now have dilemma between two projects. It definitely won&amp;#39;t be my last house, will move to bigger house in maybe 10 to 15 years time when my financial more stable. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A Project &lt;br /&gt;Low density, condo, around 60 unit per arce&lt;br /&gt;Launching price 10 % higher than the market price in that area&lt;br /&gt;Property appreciation seen slower in that area&lt;br /&gt;Not walkable but Near to a MRT station that provides park n ride &lt;br /&gt;Personally prefer this one, due to low density and overall concept&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B Project&lt;br /&gt;High density service apartment, around 185 unit per acre&lt;br /&gt;Launching price is cheaper than market value in that area&lt;br /&gt;Property appreciation seen better as in within 10km radius of city center&lt;br /&gt;Walkable to LRT, about 800m, no cover walk way as at now&lt;br /&gt;Will consider this due to the price tag and look like a better choice in long term as the property value seen to appreciate better compare to properly A. (All is base on my own opinion)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although it not for investment, but do hope at least won&amp;#39;t rugi when I sell my property in the future. So now have stuck between choose a project that I like or a project that seen have better appreciation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Psf price for both project almost the same, traffic congested during peak hour, project B will take lesser time travel to work ,maybe 20 min less during peak hour, as it closer to KL. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;So what u all think? What u will choose if u r in my situation? Welcome to comment and open to any opinion. Thank in advance.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
