I'm helping my brother sell his old car since he is working overseas. The plan is to sell it now and then later buy another newer used car. I'm wondering if it is possible to preserve the NCD and transfer it to the other car when the buying and selling are a few months apart. I know it can be done when trading it in at a car dealership, but I'm not sure if it can still be done when selling the old car and buying the new car is a few months apart.

Three boys ages 12 to 14 were arrested on suspicion of the antisemitic rape of a 12-year-old girl, French media reported on Tuesday evening. One issue behind the attack appears to be that the girl hid the fact that she was Jewish from a former boyfriend.

The girl and her parents arrived at a police station in the Hauts-de-Seine district, which includes the western suburbs of Paris to file a complaint about the alleged rape, the daily LeParisien reported. The girl claimed that she was raped in an abandoned hangar during weekend.

According to the complaint, the three boys beat the girl and and shouted antisemitic epithets about her religion and then raped her. A medical examination confirmed that she had been raped.
According to the report in Le Parisien, the girl's ex-boyfriend accused her of hiding from him that she was Jewish. In addition, antisemitic comments and images, including a burnt Israeli flag, were found by the investigators on the smartphone of one of the suspects. One of the boys said that the girl spoke out against the Palestinians.
The three are suspected of the crimes of rape under aggravated circumstances, sexual assault under aggravated circumstances and, possibly, threatening to kill their victim. Media in France reported that at least one of the boys confessed to the attack.

KTM, from 1 hour to every 15 minutes

KUALA LUMPUR: KTM Komuter will increase the train frequency for the Tanjung Malim-KL Sentral route from one train per hour to one every 15 minutes, effective April 22.

Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the Klang Valley Double-Tracking Project Phase 1 was completed on March 31, which now allows trains to run every 15 minutes during the peak morning and evening hours.

"There will be seven trips from 7am to 9am and six from 5pm to 7pm during rush hour.

"This will make it more convenient for commuters to access the city centre."

He said this at a press conference after distributing gift packs to Electric Train Service and KTM Komuter passengers at KL Sentral here today.

Present was his deputy, Datuk Hasbi Habibollah.

Loke said by July, the increased train frequency would run throughout the day.

"Currently, mornings and evenings are busy. But as we approach July, this frequency will become consistent throughout the day."

He said currently, KTM trains only run from Tanjung Malim to Sungai Buloh and KL Sentral.

"After April 20, there will be a direct route from Tanjung Malim to Port Klang and back to Tanjung Malim.

"This will reduce travel time to 15 minutes for the Tanjung Malim to KL Sentral route."

Loke said Phase 2 of the Klang Valley Double-Tracking Project, which involves extending the runway by 44km from Simpang Pelabuhan Klang to Pelabuhan Klang, would commence on April 29.

I'm currently using a shitty redmi note 11 and I want to get into videography and photography
Gear seems to be crazy expensive for this hobby so I just want to dip my toes into it before committing too much money into it.

Currently debating on either getting a used iphone 12 or 13 or just jump in and get a used camera with a basic lens

Both seem to cost around the same from 2k-4k.
My line of thinking is if I get the iphone and I drop lose interest in it I at least have a solid phone I can still use. For the camera, I would have to sell it.

Any sifus can share some insights

Also thought about android phones but most youtubers I watched recommended the iphone the most since it has the most 3rd party support for photography and videography

A temple has built a permanent concrete flagpost base to fly their temple flags right in front of the only entrance to my taman. The temple is a Chinese temple that was built illegally on TNB land underneath the TNB electric towers. 今天是8月的最后一天。这也就意味着暑假尽了，孩子们马上要迎接新的学期了。

北京的中小学，这两天已经陆陆续续返校。

这几天，我带着啾啾检查了遗漏的作业，买了新学期要用的文具，填了各种需要填的表格，签了各种需要签的字，总之，万事俱备，就等开学了。

老师也开始在班级群里发各种新学期需要做的准备以及注意事项。

今天是啾啾的返校日。

中午放学后，看到了老师发了三年级新的课表。拿到课表一看，吓了我一跳。

一周居然只有两节英语课！

体育课增加到了一周五节。

另外，还新增了书法课和信息技术课。

这明显和前两年的课程占比不太一样了。

震惊之余，我开始询问身边的家长，先是问了吉米妈和图图妈，后来又问了很多其他家长，差不多东西海朝四区都问了个遍，各年级的课表也搜罗了一大圈。

我发现虽然每个学校具体的课程安排不太一样，但每个年级各个学科的课程占比都差不多

Taman guard suddenly ask for RM750 or else block

House is under individual title. When built no G&G. Later build some fences and put guard house(also block off some of the other entrances), have guard open close gate.

Suddenly few months ago install auto gate and give access cards to people who pay monthly. I also pay monthly so no problem so far.

But just now guard suddenly come give letter say need to pay 750 or they will block my access card next month. They say it is for building a guardhouse and perimeter fencing. I heard many years ago during the 1st round, they collected money and got some contractor to build the fencing, but in the end the person who handled the money run away end up never pay contractor. but most of the fencing already built. Though a lot of the fences were taken down by the residences themselves for whatever reason.

They didn't even leave a number on the letter. I suppose they know they will get a lot of calls to complain if they do. Area is under MPK and they say MPK has approved the autogate but I'm hoping theres a way to get them to remove it. Last time I stay subang they also try to install but in the end have to remove. I'm guessing it's because someone complained.
