Has any insurance agent faced this before?

A 2 year program but resigned after 3 months; within that 3 months received incentive and bonus not more than 20k

2 years later receive letter not LOD yet of clawback incentive and bonus, the insurance operator did mention name will be in LIAM sort of blacklist listing which i dont mind as i dont plan to be explore in financial or industry anymore

My question is what will happen if i dont pay them back?

Involved in a commercial crime (selangor area)

I’m a mule account victim, account being used for scam, at least 26 person’s name with 110k

Tried yayasan the free lawyer but they don’t accept such cases

Customer send me this receipt, saying public bank using giro but on top of it has duitnow logo. Second suspicious thing is, isnt this the old interface of the receipt? Right now new pbb app dont have this anymore. I cant seem to find giro function in pbb. Lastly, my account number is correct but the name in the receipt is wrong, how is that possible?

Is this a scam and not real receipt?

Working in a new co after old co contract ended

New co job scope is totally different from old co. Consider myself fresh in new co but get management level position

New co requires me to come out with strategies, which is hard for me as i cant come up with something, i rely on chatgpt but got rejected the idea or that idea has been used already. I’m not a creative person but at that time i was desperate so i accepted this offer in order to get some money to survive and rolling. Not sure can i pass my probation since cant give good idea and strategy. Everyday just sit on my desk and wait for 6pm to leave.

The above is first stress. Second stress, is driving from home to work is 16km, but the jam is so bad it takes me 1 hour to reach. Please dont ask me rent closer to work as 16km sounds silly to rent there. 16km on a weekend, it takes me 20 minutes to reach only. The amount of motorbikes are insane! They form a long line on the road, even u want to switch lane to the other side, is very stressful and they dont let u switch, sometimes they might honk u from far. Because the route im using has a lot of exit left and exit right. Freaking stress about knocking those bikes on the road.

Last time my old co, just drive for 8km, traffic is not that heavy

With these 2 kind of stress, i feel demotivated and feels like want to tender resignation.

Should i continue work and wait until i cant give any productivity and get fired by my boss or should i leave earlier as i know i cant survive anymore longer? But another side of me, tell myself, i have commitments and bills to pay, i cant just leave like that.

Is it a common practice ?

Big firm wants to procure supplies from overseas, to evade tax, they rent a few another smaller firm to procure the supplies so that the tax wont be that high compare for the big firm

Is it a grey area that commonly being practiced by big firms out there to pay lower amount of tax?

Dividend and ex date question

Guys,

1) If ex date of a share is 15/10, by 14/10 i have to buy it right?

2) dividend profit calculation
1 unit share they declare 0.50sen
If i buy before ex date 10,000 unit, my profit will 0.50x10000 unit = rm5000 Is this correct? Is this my nett profit?

3) ex date is 15/10, since i bought on 14/10, my dividend is confirmed already, it will be paid to me after 2-3 weeks right?

4) ex date is 15/10, i can sell the shares at what time on 15/10? Because on ex date itself the shares will drop

Unifi or times wifi

My contract with unifi has been ended and they offer me free TV but have to stick with them for another 3 years, with same monthly payment as of what i am paying in the past. No increase in monthly bill, just have to continue pay for another 3 years. I’m paying 137 currently for 300 mbps. Benefit wise i only see can get a free TV

Speed all ok, no issue

Times wifi seem like can save money for the first 6 months then in the end higher amount a bit maybe about 148? 600 mbps Rm99 for first 6 months then RRP RM139 and bound with them for 2 years contract

Which one is more worth it? I’m staying in a condo, both brands also have good coverage
