hi recently we've been getting calls from some chinese dude looking for one of our staff, (we are government office)when we told him , she's not around he started to hurl profanities, abusing whoever answered the phone
its been goin around for some time, some of our staff been disturbed by it, when we asked that particular staff, she said its aeon credit service debt collector. but im not sure if she is telling the truth, the guy who calls start to abuse religion, race and so on.
can see he is trying to make ppl angry so we will pressure our staff to settle the debt or whatever between them
but this is government office, so many ppl working here. we tried to contact the operator to block the number, but he keep using different number or using private number
n some of our staffs also easily provoked start doing profanity war in phone, really affecting our work
i just want to ask, if Aeon Credit service really have this kind of debt collectors, we can only advise oyr staff to settle the debt, but we cant force her, all our office staff are muslims, imagine the rage when the dude start insulting the religion n so on..
we asked her to make police report, but without the details, phone number, looks like the police also not interested in dealing with it seriously

Hi I'm total noob, recently I saw one project launching, I kinda like it but not too sure, SA told book ur fav unit first, once the show house finished, if u don't like u can surrender, booking fee 100% refund, some bank agents were there during the launching also
After that they contacted me, since I've never applied housing loan before I didn't know if I can get loan ( how much max)
After a few days the bank fellas called me saying loan was approved, they are pushing me to sign the offer letter, and they saying the offer letter valid for 10days only, if I want to wait till the show house to complete, which may take few months more, what should I do, ask them (bank) to cancel the application or what
Quite blur here, pls help tq

What to do with old laptops

I got few old laptops from family members at home, we doin spring cleaning, would like to get rid all the faulty/problematic old laptops, what would be the best way? Should I just throw away or give to someone/somebody to refurbish/repair ?

1. assume everyone on the road is stupid, and doesnt understand basic driving etiquette, then u will always anticipate vehicles behind or in front of u gonna do something unpredictable

2. following traffic signs, rules and lights means its legal to go not safe to go. Even on green lights u should be careful cos someone might break the rules

3. 5 seconds rule, wait 5 seconds after u switch on blinker before switching lanes, make sure u can see vehicles behind and in front of u, never overtake in corners, from the blindspot of large vehicles,

if can be defensive all the time we can avoid getting involved in major accidents and also small accidents. but of course nothing can be done if suddenly another vehicle from opposite lane come n bang us or some reckless driver hit us.
