good day all of you wonderful people.

so i have decided to buy a motor bike for my daily commute , and i was swinging between Z800 Mt-07 and the Tnt600 and last the duke 390.

any way i've decided to got for the YAMA 07 . and i found my self and pretty nice bike with good deal on price. the guy seem nice as well. selling his bike due his wife gave birth and needed something bigger (car) .

so we agreed on the price and all. and the shock me with bike still under the loan actually , and he wanna sell it to clear the loan.

so he wants me to pay him to clear the loan then only can change the bike under my name. now me and wife totally backed off. but i sayang the bike ady.

and advise form the expert or people have been thro this type of buying selling deal ?

should i proceed with it ? or do i need to do something first to protect my rights ? or just go kedai buy from there .

note Im buying the bike in cash and i don't want any banks involvements .

pleas all SIFUS here need your kind advise.
