I recently bought Samsung Galaxy S10 and I am bothered by this ‘broken’ notification problem. Please find the attached picture for more information.

I tried playing around with the settings for hours before posting the question here. I do not understand what causes this - I want to see my WhatsApp notification clearly (with details - that’s how I have set up my notification settings). It happens for applications like Gmail as well.

Please help.
