Sorry me too free during MCO, so restructure my current project.

Out of sudden came across my mind, Hiring youth (age 25-30) become my new company CEO, why ? young, fresh energetic n a lot wild concept.

Basically he will run that company with average Salary (4-5k) on contract with KPI (reachable base on my forecast), as my aim is grabbing market than making money.

cause i plan to do up one of my project in proper way after MCO (June), now doing some basic calculations.

But there will be no commission or very low commission, as i plan to drop my current Selling Model, all out for grabbing market (due to market is BAD)

i just port in from maxis 30 to unifi 100, not sure is this few day tm issue or ?

my connections is much slower than maxis 30, many page can't load or take much longer time (include lyn), only thing improve is speedtest that i able to reach 100mbps.

i just port in to unifi (100) from maxis 30, but my parent complain their smart tv even slower n a lot buffer .....

what i change is google DNS, not.sure what causing IT.
any input guy ?

btw i do feel a little lags when connect to china server.

i just portout from Maxis to UNIFI and that installer install unifi for me with my old router.
Router Asus (RT-AC55UHP) but only connection speed is 30mb only (huawei modem lan 2 connect to asus router WAN).
than i try setup unifi free router (TPLink Archer C1200, huawei lan 1 to router wan), it reach 100 mb no issue.

so what is that possible issue ?

i prefer use old router as, 2 smart TV, 5 mobile n plenty of smart device need to reset if i use new router.
