Resign, will i still be entitled to the new AL

Hi all,

I am planning to resign tomorrow 10/5, and with 2 months of notice period my last day would be around 10/7. Our leaves in the company will be refreshed in 1/7 (not refreshed at Jan, only in July) which means I will have the full 16 days again in 1/7. My question is,

1) Will I be entitled to the AL?
2) If company says no because I am in notice period, can they decline to honor the refreshed AL?
3) Is there any act that says that company must honor refreshed AL while in notice period?

Kindly advise fellow /k
Thanks.
