Hi, I'm currently employed and received job offer from other company.

I accept the job offer only because of better package.

I have no problem with my current employer. Now they want to counter offer for me to stay with them.

The new employer giving me 33% raise of current salary and more benefits.

If my current employer give me reasonable offer that I could accept, should I accept it?

What to nego other than pay and benefit?
