CPU speed Drop

hi~

today when i run antvirus scan on my PC, i notice huge lag from it.

so i tried to find out what wrong with it, then i notice my CPU speed only at 1.20MHz....

i had OC about a week ago by using Gigabyte Easy Tune 6
(i nvr touch BIOS cos i noob with BIOS ). But i have reset it to default speed since i not hardcore gaming lately.

Why the CPU speed Drop so much? is it cause by OC i did? or any other reason??

here is some info u may need:

i5 760 2.80MHz
Gigabyte P55-USB3L
Kingston Value Ram 2x2GB
Gigabyte GTX 460

Ninja 3 and CM elite 430

hi, can ninja 3 fit inside CM elite 430?

if not, any other CPU cooler u can recommend?

On AC Power?

hii... i just brought new rig but after i install window ans restart a few times, i saw a notification said on AC power.

after some inspection i found out USP services is currently stoped message.

anyone know about this problem?? is it hardware problem??

one more thing, EasyTune6 shown my power fan speed is 0 RPM.

any idea??
