offer letter got from bank already and signed, then the agent told my friend bank do not accept the car insured at 59k but must follow bank market value at 63k and his loan is 53k.

will bank kacau if the sum insured is a little lower than their market value? first time i heard of this =.= or the sales agent just want to earn extra commission from the car insurance?

Electricity trip repair

Hi quick question. My dad house that is rented to this tenant long ago but recently he try to claim the electricity trip repair cost from my dad. Not expensive la but just want to know who should be paying for the repair. Coz he just repair and we dont know what caused the trip also.

Googled online and i cant find anything related. Or anything related to the building is landlord responsibility?

recently planning to buy a subsales for my first house, agent told me there is a 1.2k valuation fees for a 300k property in kelana jaya, is this true? i tot the bank that are supposed to loan to me got their own get of valuing the market value?

how come the banker is charging me. in this case is my agent trying to charge me more?

ayam was promoted to senior level and have 1k+ as increment. (don ask salary la i shy to tell, enuf to use and pay for hse installment lo)

really happy that my hard work browsing /k and playing phone was recognized. last job work 1 year promoted to supervisor, this job work 1 year promoted to senior. both i also ular most of the time. must say i m really good at ular-ing during work time and use ot to complete my task for the deadline to show that i m busy.

really happy lo at difficult time like this still have increment beyond my expectation, i tot most 200-300 only.

i work in accounting field and have my acca completed. mayb beside my hardwork they recognized my cert also? haha.
