Online Bank Account

Just wonder if there is any bank to open a saving/current account online without visiting the bank physically for verification.

Also is it possible to open the account without the Debit card?

I saw HSBC's online bank account and it requires the customer to visit the branch for identity verification. RHB online account seems to come with a Debit Card.

Investment for cousin

Good morning. I'd like to ask for opinions on following issues:

I wish to gift some investment for my cousin, however, I do not trust their parents. I just wonder if there is any products or investment plans that match the following criteria:

1. It can be in any form, eg unit trust/fixed deposit/insurance plan etc.
2. The fund will be solely accessible to the child when they are 18 years old or older
3. Nobody, including their parents, can withdraw the fund prior to that.
4. If possible, I prefer fund that allows future top up over time.
