Ordered a mattress from them but had a change of mind and cancelled the order. The employee on whatsapp said they&#39;re going to review and process the refund in 14 working days but its been 23 days and no replies.<br /><br />After spamming on their other channel (facebook and email) then only the whatsapp channel reply to me with the receipt of the refund, BUT with the wrong account number and ofc I didnt receive any money when i checked my bank account. And when i enter the account number on the receipt in mb2u it shows another person Maybank account which i suspect belongs to the employees or his colleague&#39;s.<br /><br />Then only after I said I was gonna file a police report the employee reply and said sorry they will call up bank to undo the &quot;mistake&quot;.<br /><br />Now i&#39;m wondering what should i do? Should i wait for the refund and accept and believe (they made an honest mistake). Or should i take legal action , and if so is it worth it?
