Driving School laws

Guys, I need some help. I recently finished my 6 hour course of listening to a deadbeat JPJ officer in a driving school. After a month, I could no longer stay in that town to complete my course. I didn't even thumbprint for the driving lesson(practical) in the beginning. I already finished the computer test, took the L licence. And then I decided to change my driving institution. At the new place in the same negeri, they stated that I need to retake everything. Because I don't have 1 letter, the letter where they stated that I have completed the 6 hour killing of the ears. So, which laws can I use to defend myself? I am in Negeri Sembilan btw, so any state laws can help.

EDIT: I already have the letter of permission from the previous Driving school for me to continue in another one.

Merit marks: Lepasan STPM/Matriculation

Are there any resources about the merit marks range of students entering Public Universities? Also, I managed to get a merit mark of 92.38%. Is this competitive for engineering courses in UTM and UPM? If it isn't competitive, which courses should I apply for that will land me a decent job? I am currently interested in Chemical engineering.

Ok. So I am 17 years old going 18 this year. My Results for SPM are as follow:
ENG: A
BM: B+
MATH: A
AD METH: A
PHY: A-
CHEM: A-
BIO: A-
MORAL: A-
HERSTORY: A
ACCOUNTS: A-

So now my question is, how do I even become a cytologist in Malaysia. I tried checking Google but the info wasn't sufficient. I even tried emailing the society of cytologist in Malaysia, but to no avail. My only hope now is in lowyat. I registered under Matriculation and UPU. But I am DEFINITELY not going to accept UPU. Now, I don't mind going to a foundation course. The most important thing is that I have to study to be a cytologist. This is my dream and ambition. So if anyone has any knowledge on this matter please share your information.

Pros and cons of metriculation

Guys, I want to know, what are the pros and cons of entering metriculation studies? Should I attend foundation even if I manage to get accepted? People also told me that the metriculation certificate isn't recognised internationally. I want to pursue a degree in overseas. So what is the best choice?
