Hi...

I have been searching all through this forum and i cant find the answer i wanted so i decided to open a new topic and hope some sifu here can help me up...

I am 176cm and 89kg... i wanted to lose weight and tone my body... I go to gym 3-4 times a week...
I m looking for some suplement meal after my workout and i cant make up my mind....

I did some research and from http://egonutritions.com i found a few product but i donno if its suitable...

1)ON 100% Whey Protein 5lbs
2)LG Sciences Lipotropic Protein 5lbs

or any other brand u guys recommend me?

another thing is that should i take LIPO-6 as well?

Lately my car got lots of white smoke coming out at the exhaust especially when I ram the turbo... thinking of doin overhaul. any recommended places at wangsa maju, setapak...?

Please be informed that Streamyx connection could only be established at jumpered telephone line. We do not encourage customer to connect using different telephone line other than the registered telephone line. As not all telephone line are jumpered for Streamyx, some are jumpered according to the registered Streamyx package. Example, if you are connected at your friend's house which has been registered for Streamyx 512kbps, even if you are connected using your Streamyx 1Mb package, you will only receive bandwidth according to the registered package (Streamyx 512kbps).

Don't they know the other 20% of internet users do not utilize the connection cause they are not interested in downloading stuff? i have many friends who don't watch anime or play games and use the net just for chatting and surfing. and they still pay so much for broadband. i never came across a BT user complaining about slow speeds b4 the throttling came about and light user complaining about slow surfing speeds. everyone was happy with their connection meaning there was no problem with distribution of bandwidth. Man, they really want their office to be smashed up with all these pent up anger. have they looked in singapore, japan or south korea? if all other isps are blocking it, no torrent files will be available to download as connections around the world will be throttled and thus World War 3 will start.

There are rumours about a new hardware revision for wii next year supposedly with dvd video playback capabilities and HDDVD drive??? Can wii handle HD video playback? even my 1.5ghz pc stutter with 720p media not to mention wii's 729mhz processor and 1080p media. I might hold off purchasing a Wii this year if the rumour is true. Does anyone have any information? If it is like with psp v2000 and xbox 360 elite, many early adopters and current buyers will get pissed.
