COVID-19 Forced Quarantine

Hi all. Just want to get some views out there. If an employee travels to one of the COVID-19 infected countries(China / HK / S.Korea / Japan / Singapore / etc..) recently, and upon return they are required to be quarantined.

Is it legal for the employer to :

a. Get the employee to take a 14 day annual leave / non paid leave during the quarantine period?

b. Restrict employees from travelling to those countries in the first place.

c. What action should the employer take?

Stolen rims and tires

On the 16/3/09 i woke up to a nightmare,some SOB stole all my four tires n rims.The weird thing is that i wasn't using some expensive imported rim etc....i was using the original stock proton rims also ppl want to steal.not to mention my tyres were already 1 yr plus old.

So i made a police report n the police did their investigation....they even took finger prints off my car(reminded me of CSI ).Anyways, i thought i would never see my tyres again so i bought a new set of tyres n rims to replace them.

Today 19/3/09 i received a call ffrom the police telling me they found my tyres n rims and even caught the thief.I was so surprised that they actually found it!! Talk about polcie efficiency.I'm very impressed indeed by their work.So i went and ID'd my tires at the police station.The down side is that i couldnt take it back right away.Had to wait for the thief to be charged in court etc only can get it back.

The point of my post is that,i used to have a low perception of our local police force but now i seem to have gained some confidence in them again.Kudos to you PDRM.
