USPS First Class Mail to Malaysia

Hi all, for those who are experience and expertise in dealing with USPS, need your kind advice. Recently, I purchased an item from US and it was delivered via USPS First Class Mail. The latest update from the USPS tracking website states that "the item departed a transfer airport in Kuala Lumpur Int'l, Malaysia on February 10, 2019. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Status
In-Transit
February 10, 2019
Departed
Malaysia

Up to now, there is no any further updates from the tracking website. It left me wondering whether my item has already reached Malaysia and got held up at the custom or still on its way to the country? For those who encountered the same problem like mine before, is this considered norm? And roughly how long does the custom clearance take? I don't mind the wait as long as the item reach me eventually, just afraid that it might get lost somewhere in shipping.

Please advice.
