Windows 10 flickering issue

shomj — Thu, 28 Feb 2019 01:44:05 +0800

I was stupid enough to install iCloud on Windows 10 (don't ask, I'm an idiot I know). After uninstall, delete all the traces, etc. etc. still the blardi flickering nonsense is happening on the desktop. When I boot up, it flickers and the icons all disappear when I click on any of them. It settles down only after a while.

Any solution?
