Hi to all contractor in seremban / seremban 2.

I want to get a quotation for some small reno job for :

1) fixing a leaking bathroom (2nd floor) and replace tile and toiletries accessories inside.
+ change toilet (1st floor) to seat from squat.
+ piping for washing machine.

2) remove and reinstall parking flooring that have water damaged and re-syelek all the parket (those small square 5 finger wood flooring)

3) plaster ceiling for living hall. +add on some lamp.

4) wood wall and door for under stair space (need to become store)

5) replace all room door. replace bathroom door with bifold door.

6) cover big gateway to kitchen with brick and install sliding door.

7) some small additional job.

renovate or not renovate toilet door.

hi to all here.. i need advice on my future flet.. will get key next month..

i want to buy a washing machine with dryer and want to put it in the specify place in the attached picture (red line with dimension of the washing machine = 600x640).
the problem is after put it there, there will be small clearance for people to get into the toilet.
is it ok with the space of approx 500mm of space for a big human being (100kg ++) ?

or

better hack a new door and wall up the old access..

if hack, need advice on toilet door position :

1 ) next to bathroom door but straight kitchen / cooking place.. or

2 ) inside bathroom.. but will lose access to toilet if spouse use bathroom..

orange colour is fridge, red is cabinet with stove and wash basin..

washing machine is red line @ lg wash dry 9/6kg..
and one more thing. i plan to make a simen tiled platform for the washing machine cause its a front load. or better make one that not permanent? any idea on material or experience wise..

hi to all forumer.. wanna ask other wifi router user, have you met this kind of problem..

a) after operating about 4-10 hour, suddently i got router offline msg in my network magic status window.. mean no blinking light at the activity led.. need to restart@plug out the power and replug later.. jammed? overheat?

b) i didnt touch any setting regarding trottle bandwidth or whatever but when i switch on my bt rig(wifi usb adapter) the router hang.. sometimes after 1 hour use.. suddently hang.. is this a common for this cheapo router..

i'm using tmnet modem.. seem like the modem is not the issue here..

my q..
a) do i need to cool it down with a fan or what since it hang after long operating hour?
b) does usb1.0 interfere with the wifi usb adapter connectivity? my bt rig is so old.. using usb 1.0 only..

i'm planning to send it for rma cause it such a headache to watch it periodically so that my torrent run smoothly.. use it for only 2 week..

i'm using p3 667mhz, 192mb ram and win2000.. using it for my bt rig and 24/7 only cost measly rm5 per month.. yay for that.. so i wanna throw in 200gb.. so, i wanna ask how big hdd space can this pc support? is it windows dependent or hardware dependent? coz right now this pc cant even detect my dvd-rom.. dunno how to update BIOS..

can someone clarify this..
