Taman Desa is in center, easy access from all area.
5-10 minits to Mid Valley
10 minits to Kuchai lama
10 minits enter highway to KLIA,Cyberjaya
20 minits enter city town KLCC area, Jalan Tun Razak
Walk 2 minits then can take Rapid Bus

This area have security officer rounding regularly. Walk 1 minits then already
have food stall ( mamak and cafe ).

We all working adults, day time all went out and come back at late evening.
Car can park in front of the house. Friendly neighbor as well.
You can cook if you want. Can use washing machine, fridge.
Room will be equip with quee mattress and bed frame,table,chair,side table,
build in wardrobe and wall fan. Share bathroom with water heater.
The room is big enough to fit in 2 adults as previous housemate is couples.
In front of the house have playgound, mini jogging track and badminton court (
FREE )

Rental is RM 650 include water and electricity.

For me i prefer boy/girl/working adults ( either Malay or Chinese )
Deposit will be 1 month rental only.
