should i upgrade pcie ssd in my laptop ?

i plan to upgrade the new m.2 pcie ssd in my laptop and fast to boot up my windows 10. but the promoter told me that the m.2 pcie nvme ssd can't install and not compatible with my laptop model when i brought this laptop from his shop. and also i found the acer laptop datasheet that are provided from another laptop retailer it mentioned that aspire 5 52g 58r8 not supported to install with new m.2 pcie ssd. what i confusing is the laptop website which is notebookcheck.com or laptopmedia had explain that my laptop aspire 5 52g had left one of the empty m.2 nvme slot that compatible with m.2 pcie ssd and support with m.2 sata. and i also check the dissamble video of my laptop aspire 5 52g 58r8 are showing that m.2 empty slot with M key connector to connect with pcie nvme ssd. the m.2 nvme slot is supposed should be compatible with pcie ssd right ? but why some people and information says that can't install with pcie nvme ssd. it let me confuse and can't decided yet wherever should be upgrade m.2 pcie ssd in my laptop or not.........

other than that, the original windows 10 home single language edition (include with OEM permanent activation key) that had already install in my laptop, can i use the OEM activation key to register in the new windows 10 with same version and 100% guarantee that success to active it? i plan to clean install the new windows 10 that are free download from the microsoft official website when i install the new ssd in my laptop and format another hdd
