MSI gp75 stuck at splash screen

My laptop after playing a game suddenly crashed when exit. Then when the blue screen appear it turn to black and MSI logo stuck there. Any fix?

Illegear raven gtx 1060 worth it?

I am doing an engineering course and I was planning to look for a PERFORMANCE laptop for CAD and some AAA gaming on the side. A friend of mine introduced me to illegear raven.

I want to know if its a good choice or should i opt for other brands of laptop?

The spec he recommends is:

i5 8th gen ( like a 7th gen i7?)
gtx 1060 6gb
8 gb ram
128gb ssd
1000 gb hdd
no os (windows 10 can be free?)

(budget is RM3k - RM5k)

Laptop component cooling is very important. I need it to last throughout my university time.
Battery is not so important because i need all the power i can get.

Another brand was MSI gp63 which has a similar component, but more expensive at RM5.5k

Any other laptop suggestions or tips?
