I like this a colleague of mine. I like him. We're in the same department, same age, our birthday only 5 days apart, lol. 😂
I already work here around 3 to 4 months. He just treats me same like his other girl colleagues. Nothing special. He also takes time to reply to my WhatsApp messages and not replies at all. That would suggest he doesn't feel the same way like I feel towards him. 😢 Can anyone tell me what I should do to get him? Well, I admit that I do control my behavior in front him. I'm often quiet where the real me is loud, love to laugh, happy-go-lucky and chatter box.

Is it okay to have feelings towards your colleague? He is single, I just know him only for 2 months, but what I love about him, he is considerate, he is caring and thoughtful too. About his look, sometimes he is dashing, sometimes he can look like a messy old man. But I still like him no matter how ugly he could look. I always go out for lunch with him and with the others too. What I noticed so far my two other colleagues (girls, they join the lunch troop too) seem like him too. Yes, I am assuming but I think what I assume is correct. I'm a girl. I'm sure I know what they feel. I want to know him more but I don't know what to do. But I also think this is not right. It might affect my work performance (as we are at the same department, and he sits just right behind me😂). But we barely talk to each other. I always don't have an idea to start a conversation with him alone. It just I'm automatically not the real me when he is in front of me. Yes, I'm stupid. Please I need an advice. Pleaseee. I tender my resignation today. Well, my new company (MNC) offers greater salary than my current company. Actually, I'm underpaid. I tender my resignation notice officially and I feel bad about it. I dunno why. I dunno why I feel bad even this co doesn't even pay me when I work overtime. I dunno why I feel sad even we are instructed to work on Wesak day (without double pay). The office would be freakingly hot because there's no aircond on public holiday (Centralized aircond). Ijust don't get myself, why I should feel this way, even when I requested to the management to get my department involved in a weekly presentation, but they never do that only keep postponing until next year and next year. (I love talking about current issue or any topic related to my industry)

I already work for 1 year and 8 months long. Before that I did my intern for 3 months. Maybe I'm sad because my new company required me to move to a new place, which is far from my hometown and I unfamiliared with. I'm gonna left my happening colleagues too.

But my family's financial situation pushes me to grab the chance. An eldest whom already lost her father years ago and has to shoulder all of the expenses. Sometimes I tired. Tired enough until I realize I supposed to write this in my Diary apps, not here in lowyat. Thanks for reading, thanks for your words of encouragement (if any😂).

Company Secretary Job - Does it Have a Future?

I've been working as a company secretary around 1 year 7 months since my internship until now. Sometimes I'm wondering, does this job promise a good future for me? I'm always thinking to switch job to other different industry because my degree is in banking field. I love cosec job to be honest, but been putting in operation, dealing with computer, paper, paper and papersss, sometimes I feel useless and hopeless. I feel like something is missing in my life. I often ask myself, is this what I want to do in my life? You know what, I don't allow to deal with client. So my task is mainly in preparing documents. I know dealing with people is difficult and stressful. But I won't grow and learn if they only put me here at back-end forever. What I know about myself, I love to talk. I was always the presenter for every presentation during my secondary school and uni. I was actively involved in public speaking and debate competition. But now the reality is I barely able to utilize my communication skills. Even I get a job offer, it will be a company secretary job. It seems difficult to switch to other job because of my cosec background. I feel lost and I don't know what to do. 😭
