            <title>Should i leave now or wait till next year</title>

            <description>Hi Sifu, just want to seek honest opinion regarding my current situation. I&amp;#39;ve been stay in the company for close to six years and for the past six month unable to perform due to suffer from mental exhaustion (extreme tiredness and feel irritating in the work settings) + stagnant unable to see growth or might be deteriorate in certain sense&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If want to put KPI in measurement for the past six month i would describe close to 0 achievement in the company. My superior had talked to me regarding this and I didn&amp;#39;t disclose about my mental state(which im still going through therapy) and also the stagnant part (because is been bring up before but is useless discussion)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Throughout this  six month in the company when i open my device, i unable to concentrate do my task, reoccurrence migrane time to time and sometime sitting whole day to pretend busy/dont even know how to do my thing. I almost feel like every day going to hell (speaking from honest feeling).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After some deep consideration since both side is not able help each other, i decided to resign and some of my ex colleague ask me to wait till this year end bonus (got fix bonus). However i don&amp;#39;t know why i am so stupid to signed up for this year end company trip 2 month back (silly me).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally the question i would like to ask will be these&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1)should i tender the resignation immediately or just tahan till this year end company trip+bonus benefit only resign. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2)If i resign now according to labour law do i need to compensate the flight ticket?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3)According to my current state will it be harder for me to finding a new job as my KPI is close to...... Haiz..............&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope to get some sincere feedback from anyone, if there is some other insights i would like to hear from you all cheers......</description>

            <title>Cheong cancel business and get threaten</title>

            <description>Hi recently felt frustrated and looking to Cheong and release stress, and found one via dating app. So in the beginning ask me to pay for 300 and then another 3k &amp;quot;as deposit to prevent the girl get hurt&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i feel not right simply said a reason cancel the deal and the okt threaten me via different way (find my house, able to track my IC via phone call etc). &lt;br /&gt;Just want to ask sifu to seek some insight regarding this, did i do something wrong or just ignore him.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pls no troll</description>

            <title>House renovation guide</title>

            <description>Hi recently got my key for the new house and in the midst of looking contractor for renovation. Due to tight schedule i really having difficulty allocate free time to compare each of the quotation and material hence met some provide all in one service (include design + renovate+ furniture). After having discussion with family member they think the all in one service over price and find diff contractor to do the renovation + survey the furniture capable get a more cheaper price. &lt;br /&gt;To make it more clear i would like to rent the house for 1 or 2 year and later on will move there to stay. So which option should i take and if there&amp;#39;s other input im more willing to hear: &lt;br /&gt;So here&amp;#39;s the all in one service provided &lt;br /&gt;1)They have their own contractor to settle everything and they will help me to manage the unit for 2 years.  Gain I&amp;#39;ll get fix income within 2 years and after 2 years all the things in the unit belongs to me&lt;br /&gt;2)Spend time to get quotation from various contractor and do comparison. After complete ask agent to help me find tenant rent 2 year&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im willing to hear other opinion if there&amp;#39;s better option&lt;br /&gt;*Why dont ask family member help compare other quotation when my schedule freaking tight. I already do so if i can do that</description>

            <title>Printer not detect the cartridge</title>

            <description>Hi Sifu, recently change new cartridge for my HP printer and realize the printer unable detect the cartridge.             <title>IPS Monitor suggestion</title>

            <description>My monitor recently happen smoke shell attack everytime turn on is like a fog cover around the screen.             <description>Got discussion with frens and colleague which one more worth the price Omakase and Fine Dining becoz both also sibeh expensive &lt;!--emo&amp;:P--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some feel that Omakase worth the price compare to fine dining becoz the chef prepare sushi in front of you looks very artistic and the food is sibeh fresh really worth the price &lt;!--emo&amp;:hyper:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxm9.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxm9.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another group said Fine Dining better because environment +food (got nice taste) + Nice wine + elegance etc (so you paid the package and omakase tak ada these feel)  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if two choose one which one more prefer/ or guys if want bring waifu or gf which is your first choice?</description>

            <title>Employee Termination Investigation</title>

            <description>Hi any HR expert or IT expert,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I work as a HR require to chipped in an issue regarding employee termination during probation period.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Story cut short, the employee was a back end developer of course his job responsibility will be bring in focusing our backend development&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After sometime the department manager decided let him go (not yet pass probation period). He is not happy with his performance and wish to get replacement. My superior ask me to conduct investigation and have a discussion with the developer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Throughout the discussion the developer told me he was assigned for front end development which he is zero knowledge in this field and till current date most of the time focus in frontend development. He also admit the work progress delayed and unable meet the progress.&lt;br /&gt;*The department got assign one senior guide him for the front end development but is minimal guidance&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before pass the report to my superior, i would like to get some opinion or input regarding this issues if is valuable opinion i would great to hear that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Maybe software development expert may answer this (From backend to front end) is it hard? &lt;br /&gt;*He only got 1 year exposure pure in backend development&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2)From HR perspective is the issue fair enough to fire or release the staff. Or is there any valuable idea to help this employee? Because current situation kena release it will be disaster</description>
