wifi prob...lost password

ok i'm such a noob ere...

we have a wifi thingy in the house...2 desktop pcs are connected via normal cables to the router (dsl 2640-t)..n wifi is for another laptop...the person who helped to set up the wifi access password n the network is now in melbourne...
last time, i could connect automaticaly to the network (via wifi), without entering password everytime i connect, cuz i've entered once when it was set up....

BUT...i dunno what happened, i couldnt connect one day cuz i was asked to enter some security code in which i forgot...plus those PEAP things which i dont even noe what it means...

so, do i have to set up a new network again?i dunno which setting to click cuz i'm worried if i've set up a new wifi network all of the pcs will connect via wifi...the two desktops might need some wifi adapter....

so far, i've found only one icon relating to wifi connection....
if i set up with this one, does it mean all of the pcs will have to be connected via wifi regardless that they used to connect via cables?

i m not sure what is wrong wit my frenster profile page...
n i m not sure if this is the right place to post my enquiry...
n this thing appears (res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.html) in the place where "done" appears when we finish loadin a page

my frenster page can't be opened with IE...but its fine in mozilla...
when others view my profile...my page will look like diz

problems with my acer aspire 5571...help

i bought my laptop last december 06...
model: acer aspire 5571 AWXCi
>>duo core
>>1.6GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 2MB L2 cache
>>80gb HDD
>>512MB DDR2

sometimes my taskbar n theme changes all of a sudden from windows xp style to windows classic style...

when that happens, there won't be sound from my wmp or winamp...i tried clickin the volume control at the taskbar whenever that happens but a window will popped out sayin "no sound device is detected"...
whenever i tried watchin dvds n vcds, its extremely slow...everything is in slow mo...
other times, i can play music n watch shows all normally...

my wifi problem>>i can't go online via wifi sometimes...whenever i try connecting..it's stated ip address problems...

please help me.................................
