I am currently looking to buy a house around Klang Valley for own stay. Anyone can suggest any good deals or good property to go for? I prefer new units and residential title.

Perodua Aruz vs Honda City vs Toyota Vios

I want to buy a new car where my budget is around RM80K. I'm interested at these cars but I have no idea which is the best options.
Anyone can share their opinions or experiences on these cars?

Personally I think the safety features of Perodua Aruz is quite promising but I worry about the car's reliability and durability.
Besides, Honda City and Toyota Vios may be more comfortable and easier to handle compared to Aruz.
