VB.NET datagridview

So i have a table to print a list of material to print in this manner. This is in Winform.

Lets say i have

product A 100
product B 100

The user is capable of inserting the value in anyway

Item Amount
A 100
- A 50
- A 40
-A 10
B 100
-B 60
-B 40

Is this better to be done in two datagridviews(master/detail) or one datagridview where user can specify the breakdown of it until it reaches the total amount of 100. As long as the total amount of 100 is not reached, a new line will automatically be inserted below the current row. once the user insert again, a recalculation of the breakdown "Amount" column will happen. I need some sample code on this one, just point me to a link. I look up and down the Internet already

Is Math still important?

Ok, all of the programmers and software developers learn math somewhere in college/university years, so how practical are they after you enter your work life. You change job, as you go higher up, how is your math?
For me I am from ERP line, after working a number of years, i only deal with database and object-oriented methodologies, patterns, hardware integration these days. I notice i don't really even use any of those math formulas over the years. Today i was flipping through my old books on math, i don't understand them any more. I am in the midst of trying to relearn them. I don't even know what is statistics anymore. How about you guys, which line are you in?

Who expert in this line one can spare some info?

My cousin's kancil got bang while in a park position in a housing area, it was by the longkang, the car got stuck in the longkang. Photos taken, then the community people nearby help lift the car back on the road side. Damage- front bumper came off, bonnet dented a bit, back bumper dented and the back was damage quoted repair job was RM750. The other party bang from the back

First the other party say wanted to pay but after hearing that RM750 he say make police report. He say the car is a company's car. Now my cousin filed the police report, so went to the panel nearby the place he stay and gave the the police report ask them to handle. Now today after a week after the report was made, the panel guy comes back and tell my cousin that the other party didn't make a police report. Summon was issued on the other party. Now the big problem, how to claim? My cousin is 1st party insurance, the other one i think is third party according to them during the accident, but since the other party didn't make a police report....so anyone encountered such problem b4?

MAMPU Migrates to OpenOffice.org

From Source

Putrajaya, 19th March 2008 - The Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), today officially adopts a policy to migrate to the OpenOffice.org open source productivity suite. This is in line with the Malaysian Public Sector Open Source Master Plan, which calls for government agencies to reduce costs, increase freedom of choice and interoperability.

From April 1st, MAMPU will start adopting the OpenDocument Format (ODF), standard for all new documents created. ODF the ISO open standard for electronic documents is also the default format for OpenOffice.org. The agency will also uninstall all copies of Microsoft Office by the end of 2008.

To ensure a smooth migration, presently over 80 agency staff have been trained by the Open Source Competency Centre (OSCC). Additional staff will then be trained internally by the IT department, which will also provide support for OpenOffice.org.

for a change
