Roadtax renewal MYEG/JPJ/Post Office

Hi Sifu Sifu,
Recently i just collect my car grant from Bank, and notice in car grant back there is section called "Bayaran Bayaran".
I notice i only got the stamp for Roadtax renewal 2009/2010, 2010/2011, 2011/2012.

History of Road Tax Renewal
- 2009/2010 --> Purchase the car, therefore road tax done by Car Sales Agent
- 2010/2011 --> Asking Car Sales Agent to renew
- 2011/2012 --> Asking Car Sales Agent to renew
- 2012/2013 --> Using MYEG
- 2013/2014 --> Using MYEG

When i bring my car grant to JPJ to cancel the "Hak Milik" as i have cleared my car loan and request to stamp for 2012/2013 and 2013/2014.
The JPJ Officer told me that they cannot provide stamp if we renew our roadtax using MYEG.

So, there are few things i would like to clarified
1. Is it a big issue if i do not have the stamp in the "Bayaran Bayaran" section in my car grant, will it cause problem when i decide to sell my car ?
2. How about renewing the road tax at post office ? Will i get the stamp in my car grant ?

Unifi Setting AirStation™ HighPower N450 Gigabit

Hi,
Currently i'm having Buffalo AirStation™ HighPower N450 Gigabit Wireless Router, and i have try the configuration like the one shown in this link

I'm using configuration from Buffalo WHR-G300N V1, as i'm checking Buffalo website, both of this wireless router have similar features.
However, its not working.

I found out another link here

In this page, its recommend to flash to D-Link OpenWRT but the author done it in WHR-G300N V1.

Is it possible to configure my Buffalo Airstation to connect to Unifi using DDWRT provided by Buffalo ? IPTV is not my priority, i just want to connect to internet. Of course during searching internet, i also found out the option to setup the VLAN Tagging in the BTU, but if possible i dont want to mess up with BTU.

Need help on which Home Theatre to buy ?

I need help on advice and suggestion on the sound system.

Requirement
- 2.1 system (since i'm staying in small size apartment, i dont think i'm able to get 5.1 as i also hate to see dragging the cable from the surround speaker to amplie)
- Multiple input (as i will be connecting astro, computer, PS3)
- I will be using this speaker for multipurpose (Movie, Music, Gaming)
- I want wireless remote control

Budget 1 - 2k (its okay if the price slightly higher than my budget)

I have been checking on several speaker
- Aego, Bose Companion (No multiple input)
- Logitech Z906 (hmmm not really need 5.1, is it possible to convert the surround speaker to function as front speaker)

I do found out few model when i search over the net

Windows Vista Sticker

Sorry if i posting in the wrong section, i cannot find the suit section to post my problem.....

I just purchase HP Notebook DV2201TX few days ago, i discover that the microsoft sticker at the back of the notebook is tear off (not fully tear off but part of the sticker is being tear off).

Is it okay to leave the sticker being tear off, now i'm using double tape to cover the sticker part..... in order to protect the windows sticker being tear off completely.....
