Any new development in Puncak Jalil

Hi all,

I am new to here. I am planning to buy a house near Bukit Jalil. However, the only available area should be Puncak Jalil as the price is affordable.

Is there any new development in Puncak Jalil? Any other place near Bukit Jalil is welcome to recommend.
