Gadget Insurance

Hi, so I'm traveling to Taiwan coming Jan, and of course i'm bringing my camera, few lenses to capture nice pictures and all.

And I'm thinking to get a gadget travel insurance. I can't find any, most insurance company sells travel insruance and at most include a small amount of coverage for personal belonging.

For example I contact AIG. It's basically a travel insurance with additional personal belonging covered. But I don't really want that as the coverage for those are very little.

What I need is a dedicated gadget insurance because I'm traveling with camera equipments that adds up easily to 20K. Therefore me needing a dedicated one.

I couldn't find any, but maybe also cus Malaysia doesn't have the market for it. Anyway, any gurus here have experienced this? Any insurance company that offers this solution?

Everytime I SC my perodua bezza, there seems to be Throttle Body Cleaner and Injector Body Cleaner.

I just want to ask are the both same thing? And is it really necessary to get both of this or is it Perodua's way to katuk my wallet?

I serviced my perodua bezza's AC at 30k and now it's at 60k. Is it ime?

Hey everyone, i think i slept with a bad posture and i got my back sprained.

And basically i feel a sharp pain when i tilt my head down. So i'm thinking of visiting a chiro. I called one and they charge 200-300 which is pricey for me.

Any recommendation for trustworthy chiropractics that doesn't break the bank? Also i'm afraid they might upsell and ask me to visit more than 1 session which quickly adda up to a huge amount of money

Hi sifus and masters.

My perodua bezza is currently at 30k.

And for 20k mark my service was rm400+. Now 30k is also 400+

I notice that i change my air filter cleaner at 20k and now they change again. It's not a lot. Like RM40+, but it's still money. Any advice of should i change this particular component every 10k?

Also i opt out to do do AC service. I read forums saying that if there's no problem them i don't have to do it.

Cus it's fucking RM100 without tax. Your advice will be so much help.

Also perodua sales assistant says that 40k is major service. So if i don't do now my next service will be even more expensive.

First of all, is 40k mark really a major service needed? It would be nice to if u guys can teach me what is needed to change at 40k mark.

Power for gaming pc

Hey all,

I just built a gaming pc with a 650watt PSU, and the current room i'm in has no nearby wallplug.
But I do have an existing Belkin power strip (Model .: BSV401)

I have to admit I have no knowledge about power or electric.

So I was wondering if it's okay or even sufficient to plug in my desktop and screen, and at the same time utilize the other ports for little things like wifi extender and also the available USB ports for phone charging and stuff.

Really need some advice on this from people with experience or better yet having the same setup as me.

I've been wanting to install an air conditioner. The price of the unit doesnt bother me that much.

What bothers me is the installation fee as i'm unfamiliar. Most of the seller says that it comes with installation fee included which is a standard RM250 for 10ft copper and pipe.

But how does the installers know that its within the 250 and they don't have to charge extra?

Has anyone encounter anything like the installer suddenly says they need to charge extra on the day of installation?

And it would also be nice to know how much have you guys paid for installation for those that have installed aircond before D

I'm from Penang and currently working in Selangor/KL

I sprained my ankle few days ago, and when I was back in Penang i usually dont go to a doctor for this.

I will usually visit some old chinese massage specialist that [B]specializes in treating hurt ankles and joint.

They will usually provide their services at home or in their apartment of some sort.

I do not know what to call them but they usually do it from home and charge a reasonable price rather than going to a doctor

SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S ANY RECOMMENDATION OF THIS SORT Cus my leg is killing me.

Photoshop & Lightroom

I'm currently using an ASUS ROG g750jm that comes with:

i7-4700HQ
8GB DDR3L
GTX860m 2GB

I dont use it much for gaming, only occasionally. But however, I do use my laptop for alot of adobe work for photography.

Mainly Photoshop and Lightroom.

And for some time now its running really slow, it still runs but it slows down my process alot. So I survey some youtube videos and they said Photoshop and Lightroom are not graphics eccentric but mostly on the RAM.

So I was thinking should I just get a new laptop that has higher specs of everything that I have now, or should I just give my current laptop more RAM?

Does anyone know what should I do? Or does anyone has similar specs of pc their using to mine now and know does it run okay or are you guys facing the same problem as well?

Is my current specs actually still enough that actually just needs a RAM boost?

Does anyone know how much does it cost to add a 8gb DDR3 ram for my laptop?

And in addition, the time i bought this laptop was a DDR3 version RAM, but if i were to add additonal RAMS into it, can I add a DDR4 RAM in it?
