How to save a file permanently in USB Flashdrive

I am looking for a solution for this problem.

How to save a file in a USB thumbdrive permanently? Which means that once I save it in the thumbdrive, no one can remove/delete it.

Can anyone guide me?

RAM and Harddisk Used in Apple Laptop and Desktop

Can anyone pls tell me, does Apple laptops and desktop using the same RAMs (DDR2 667 for Windows PC) and same HDD that used in Windows based PC?

I noticed that the parts are very expensive and is it the same that we are using in Windows based PC hardwares for RAM and Harddisk.
