Can a foreigner become condo owner?

Sorry I am asking this silly question. I live in an old condo, there are quite a number of Africans staying here. And recently I joined a private discussion group only for owners.
The thing is in this week, there were two occasions where an African was loitering at the corridor. My CCTV has the recording, so I sent the surveillance video to the group chat, ended up reminders for me to notify the security guard directly instead of sharing it on the owners-only group chat.
I am afraid to ask this question in the group chat: "Are anyone of you from Africa?". And I am worried if the black man would break in the house sooner or later. If foreigner (particularly African) can be owner, chances are the black man might be the owner's friend, which in turn I am the one to blame for suspecting him and circulating the video for no reason.

With reference to the Search button at the navigation bar on LYN forum, I suggest the search experience can be improved by highlighting the keyword or at least preview a few paragraphs beneath the topics in search result.

For example, I typed "historical" and select "Travel & Living" subforum to search, I got 6 pages and most the topics were easily ten pages and above, I do not know where my "historical" were found in those pages.

Suggestions: Either highlight the search keywords when I enter the topic, or preview all the paragraphs containing the keyword beneath the topic title in search result.

Sometimes when I use Google site search extensively, I am frustrated for having to pause and play "Prove that you're not a robot" puzzle.....

Google Chrome OS is not entirely open source

The limit of ICT

Decades ago, the computer screen is monochrome and text-only, now we have high resolution color and graphics.
We were satisfied with picture, but now we are satisfied with video. Our social websites have full video sharing capabilities. Smartphone can easily be used to shoot video. Artificial intelligence is the future.

The question is: What can social websites offer besides photo and video sharing? What can high speed network (e.g. 5G) offer compared to face-to-face communication?
What I mean is 3D picture is better than 2D picture, but video is better than 3D picture, what is better than video? 3G is better than 2.5G and 2G. And 4G is better than 3.75G and 3.5G. But can 5G video conference faster and better than face-to-face meeting?
In another word, the cyber world cannot offer any better than what our five senses do in real life, if we can see only 120MP through our eyes, we cannot have camera with resolution higher than 120MP; if we can only have moving objects or motions in our real life, we can just have video at best to shoot and share.
Although robot and AI are mimicking humans, those are different story. What do you think?

The time interval is slightly misleading

The timestamp is correct just the human-readable time interval is slightly misleading. I notice that, for example, 8 days but "updated 2w ago" is shown instead of "updated 1w ago". 15 days, likewise, "updated 3w ago" is shown where in fact the post is updated only 2 weeks ago.
This is a small issue but sometimes it makes me think "did I post that such a long time ago".

Strange combination of digit and character

You have seen those domain name ending with 4u or 2u. Like maybank2u, staff4u, which literally means "to you" and "for you".

But I invented another two combination of digit and character. Like staffu1 (staff "you want"), and staff1u (staff "want you") suitable for recruitment agency.

What do you think? Any other combination?

I wonder why only residents from certain selected countries (mostly wealthy developed Western countries) are allowed to run fundraising campaign through the website?

Maybe residents from those countries are more civilized?

Brief Intro
I have solid foundation in computer, and experience in office administration and motorcycle courier. Given my strong background in computer software and hardware, I understand the technology nowadays relatively easier. While I am not involved in coding or programming anymore, I can set up web application for web sites relatively fast. I am familiar with Discourse and WordPress installation and configuration.
