Laptop can't start up

Hi everyone, My laptop duno why can't start up this morning.
Ytd nite I still able to use it normally and shut it down.
But this morning when i press power button it seem like doesn't run.
The screen is black.
And I try to hear the sound from downside of laptop, the fan or processor ( I not sure ) like will run for 0.5 second then turn off.
The power LED light and will remain on but whole laptop seem not running.
My laptop is compaq V3000 AMD, any feedback what it happen?

5800 LCD problem

Hi there~
My 5800 express music recently spread by some water
The phone's LCD had some problem after that.
Sometimes it will show sometimes it won't show.
It is blackout most of the time.
But at the time it won't show, I still able to call out by pressing green button without see the screen and who I calling.
When i touch the screen, the phone still will able to go to menu and so on but the screen is black, where i dun know what I am doing.
Any ppl know how to fix? Or know any place that can fix this problem?

CPU slow down

Hi everybody~~
My desktop is facing CPU slow down problem now
I am not sure what is the problem
It has been some times but it is getting serious
Every time after i format my pc, it will smooth back for a while
But just after around a few hours of using the pc will getting lag.
For testing purpose, i try copy 1 GB file just after format and it can be done in 1 min.
But after a few hours after format, CPU slow down happen, the file copying of 1GB need 10min++ to complete.
The overall CPU speed will keep on degrade.
But i use task manager to check the CPU usage is still low, 1-2%
Can anyone help me to solve this

P4 3.0 HT
1 GB RAM
Radeon 9550
500GB WD Sata hardisk

CPU Keep shutting down

My PC suddenly burn off yesterday after got some smell come out
But i cant confirm which part is broken
the condition is once open it wil automatic shut down after a while , afterward cant open again
straight no power at all
i test the RAM , GC , Hardisk oled it stil hav prob.
i guess is processor problem but my spare computer processor not same style with current using
the spare one is p4 2.4 with a lot needle and current using is p4 3.0 with needle on board
anyone can tell me wat different with tis 2 proccesor and wat kind problem probably wil cause tis kind shutting down of pc
