PC Nova - Tesco, Klang

Hi..

Just to warn you guys about this computer shop in Tesco, Klang called PC Nova..
I bought a set of speakers from them in March... the assistant there was so friendly when I walked in and showed me all the brands... i got a set of speakers and after a week, the speakers spoiled and I sent in to them for warranty...
As soon as I walked in and told them that I need to send in for warranty, all their faces turn from friendly to fed-up... as if telling me to go away... finally, send in to them and they said they will check the speakers and will call me to tell me if it is gonna be sent for warranty...I agreed and left...
1 week later....no news...i dropped by and the assistant told me it is already sent for warranty..well, i was not informed but never mind....
2 weeks later..no news... went to check and the speakers not back from warranty yet.. asked them why so long... they told me they will let me know next week..ok..never mind..
following week..week 4.. no phone calls.... i called them and they told me the supplier will be in tomorrow... they will let me call me if my speakers will be back then...
TODAY!!! NO CALLS!!

This is an example of very poor after sales service and it shows that they will ACT friendly at all costs to make a sale. They act friendly before you pay them and after you have paid they will ignore you.
This is the first time I experience a customer doing followups for the shop instead of the shop calling customer on the status...
In this world of competitive PC business, I am sure shops would like to make a good first impressions but this shop really made a lasting impression on me.. telling me to write this thread and to warn you all NOT TO buy anything from this shop..
Even if I don't get my speakers back..they can take my speakers or money and pay for their closing down sale...
