upgrading pc parts

so tommorow going lowyat to upgrade some pc part and you can give your opinion and such, can also advice me which shop for me to go

current specs:
CPU-ryzen 3 2200g
GPU-GTX 1650 (not super, bought before super came out and the pc shop i went to had no stock for rx 580 8gb )
Mobo-Gigabyte A320M
PSU-AVF 650W
apacer 8 gig ram

i want to buy better cpu like ryzen 5 2600 or 2600x whichever works, will also be buying new psu, my model in mind is the seasonic 520w 80+ bronze, and maybe add another 8gig of ram, current budget around rm1200 but can go a little further like 1300

so i am looking for

gpu-Biostar RX 580 8GB DDR5 ( i can trade in my gt 730 gddr5 )
psu-FSP Hexa+ 600W ( can trade in AVF 650W PSU )
cpu-Ryzen 5 2600 ( can trade in ryzen 3 2200g )

what is the est. price? second hand is ok but refurbished
if can tommorow morning i check post see and i will go to your store and change the components because i'm going to sleep after this post.

edit 2: the components i have now is pretty new ( 2 months old ) if the guy who built my pc used new parts

so i have this gt 730 gddr5 and i wanna trade in for a gtx 1650, can i know how much that would cost me? i will bring the whole pc and let you change it and i wanna test it right away.
