Problems with photography

Camera: Olympus 1050sw.
User's knowledge on photography: LOW.

Problems:
Snapping moving objects.
Blur.
Using ISO1600 = noise

Snapping STILL objects
VERY sensitive to slight movement. could be hand/object movement.
hands must stay VERY still.

Snapping indoor (regardless of lighting conditions)
*snaps* WAIT WAIT.. *change settings, snaps* omg WAIT... *change settings again....*
yes,
1. have to ask subject to "hold their positions"
2. some "events" might pass and never be repeated again.

Using Flash.
Subject/Surrounding looks "white"

Examples:

Problem: Blurry

Problem: Subject/Surrounding looks "white"

Problem: Subject is blur

Problem: Subject looks "white"

Problem: Hamsters are blur

Only time when I can snap photos happily without having to tinker around the settings is when im OUTDOOR + well-lighted (may not be true all the time)

of course, these are based on my observations/assumptions.
