I've been lucky to have tenants who pay on time etc..until this one. so this is my first time encountering such case, forgive me if I said anything wrong.

Rented a small apartment to a family with 3 kids. Since last year's MCO, he requested for 50% discount for rental payment as he lost his job etc, that time pity him and his family so I agreed.

Fast forward until today (1 year already), followed up with tenant and he said they are still facing difficulties meeting ends need. Giving reasons like tried to do grab...part time job...all didn't work out. Wife (house wife) also pregnant with 4th kid. So they still cannot commit the original rental payment and needs that 50% discount. Not only that, they didn't even pay their utilities to the management for months and it's accrued up to around RM500..........

What should I do?? Part of me feel pity for their whole family, but if continue on like this makes me feel like they are taking my kindness for granted and won't make any effort to resume paying back at full amount. I feel like I'm at loss as the landlord now.

Do I have to go to the extent that I have no choice but to evict them?? What if they have no where to go afterwards??? Am I the axxhole??

Came across quotes from both Chinese and Malay baby sitters. The quotes I received from Malay baby sitter is cheaper than Chinese baby sitter.

I am curious of the difference between these two types of baby sitters, appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this. Thanks.

English TLDR:
Teenagers(victim 15 years old) went to play arcade's Midnight (racing game), waited for their turn until another kid went off so they took the spot. Akceli the kid who went off didnt mention that he is returning so the teenagers took the spot. Soon, the kid's mom came and confronted "why u took my child's seat??", not long later, an unker came in do this to the victim. Pulled his hair.

1 year post breakup progress

Hello all! It has been 1 year since the breakup with my ex and 10 months since no-contact rule. (4.5 years relationship, during a major turning point of my life)

Feeling much much better compared to last year, time heals! The thoughts of him is fading slowly and I can say that my feelings for him have already disappeared. The feelings have turned into disgust, I start to remember the mean words he said to me when breaking up - distant & cold... The mean things still hurt to this day, that I still weep from time to time thinking about it (NOT HIM BUT THE WORDS HE SAID)

Makes me wonder, why should I be crying for someone who hurts us? They are probably out there living happily. IDC. Seriously, not worth my mental health. If he ever comes back, NO I will not want him again. Of course there are times that I wish to hear from him, other part of me keep reminding me the mean words he said. I will never break No-Contact.

Things I have done since the breakup to make myself feel better:
- Part-time teacher in the juvenile prison.
- Went snorkeling for the first time.
- Invited to give speeches/testimonies to the underprivileged/church.
- Admitted myself into the hospital and came out by myself. (I live far away from hometown and used to hope my ex accompany me every hospital visits
- Pursuing ACCA
- Switching Apple to Android (lol)
- went on DATES with other MALES.

I wouldn't have experienced all above if I am still with him. Hence I am feeling satisfied now. Will continue to join Street ministry(going around streets in KV distributing food) soon.

Wish all who are heart-broken to stay strong! Time heals! We can do it yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

I just found out that my mom has been quietly transferring rm150k over the 3 months to an unknown guy claimed to be police and dealing with court case etc long story....I stalked my mom's phone message and Saw the entire conversation...just got into a fight with her...I dont know what to do she still believes that it is real n got very mad when I mentioned to make a report ro police.

I've managed to get a phone number, is there a way for me to verify and find out who it is...anyone received any message from the following phone number before?
