I'm interested with a property which is in midst of development and expect to complete by end of this year. The unit is a Freehold, individual title, purchased by a bumi owner.

I am a Chinese, and based on what i've heard, the transfer will be direct and do not need consent from Majlis or land dept. Anyone has any experience or insight towards this?

This will be for own stay. Property located in Shah Alam.

Dear all,

I am recovering from ACL injury and i did not went for surgery. I went to frequent session of acupuncture and massage.. and frequently exercise my knee muscle. Now i have no problem jogging.. or walking or bending my knee. However, i would like wanna go back to my fav basketball, so i am looking for a good Knee Guard. I found out about McDavid knee protector http://www.sportsdepot.com/basketball.html#199 online and they seem quite promising.

Anyone know where can i get them?? been asking and looking around but its all the normal LP etc lite knee guard.
