Ipod dock to recommend

Hi all,
Just want to ask for recommendations for the best ipod/iphone dock in the market.
Budget for those between $300 to $500. I've look at the logitech but not so impressed with the SQ.

Sorry i don't know much but am planning to get it as a Christmas gift for my wife.

Hi there, I'm shopping for an AVR with HDTV upscaler. Primary use will be for DVD and Astro. Any advice from the sifus here on what are my best options (brand/model)....say budget RM2k and where to get.

oh yeah, I'll also be connecting my old tdl rtl2 speakers to it.
I'm a newbie & on a budget here so appreciate the advice.
