Home Network Recommendation

Hi,

Seeing that Unifi has Turbo-ed my existing package, I think it's time for me to upgrade/update my existing setup.
This is for a 2.5 storey home wifi and I have 2 Cat5e cables pulled to the top floor.
One for the Unifi and the other for HyppTV.

Existing Setup:-

---BTU---Archer C7 v2---HyppTV (Top Floor)
---Wirelss Devices (Ground Floor) [
--- Archer C2 v1 --- Wireless Devices (Top Floor)

After reading through the Unifi Turbo thread and [@blacktubi]'s very comprehensive and detailed guide, I have decided that it's time to improve my setup to increase the coverage as well as network speeds around my home.

New setup in mind:-

A) --- BTU --- TP105E Switch --- Deco M9 Mesh Port 3 (Ground Floor)
--- HyppTV Port 1 (Top Floor)
--- Archer C7 v2 Port 5 (Existing hardware moved to Top Floor)

B) --- BTU --- TP105E Switch --- Deco M9 Mesh Port 3 (Ground Floor)
--- HyppTV Port 1 (Top Floor)
--- Archer C7 v2 Port 5 (Existing hardware moved to Top Floor)

B) --- BTU --- TP105E Switch --- HyppTV Port 1 (Top Floor)
--- Archer C2 (DHCP Server) --- Deco M9 Mesh (Ground Floor)
--- Archer C7 v2 (Existing hardware moved to Top Floor)

I like the idea of allowing the Gigabit switch to handle the HyppTV while leaving more resources on the router to manage my network.
For Options A and B, I seem to be missing a DHCP server to manage my networks.
For Option C, I am concerned that Archer C2 hardware may be the bottleneck of the overall speeds of the network.

Any feedback and constructive criticism is much appreciated.
Thank you sifus in advance!

Question on Interests for Undercon Property

Dear Sifus,

I'm a first time home buyer and I have some questions regarding the payments made during the construction period, as well as after construction.

1. After the bank begins to disburse the first 10%, can I immediately start paying my installments to reduce the interest paid to the bank?

2. If i pay more to the bank during the property's construction period, will that reduce the principal amount?

3. What would be the best way to save on interest?

Broadband provider
ISP/package: UniFi 10mbps
Location: PJ
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: No

Personal equipment
Modem: Provided by TM
Router: DR 615 (provided by TM)
Firewall used: Router in built

Problem details
First occurence of problem: None
Problem frequency: None
Problem description: Dear all, I am thinking of adding a new router to my current home network that will allow me to use the hypptv provided by TM.

Firstly, I live in a 2.5 storey home and the current wireless signal in the highest floor is very weak. So, I will be installing 2 Lan cables from the room on the ground floor where the unifi modem and router is located to the top floor.

Lan cable 1 will connect to the BTU port for IPTV.
Lan cable 2 will be connected the new new router.

My question is, I am unsure if Lan cable 2 should be connected to the BTU or the router to extend my wireless network.

Second question, will connecting Lan cable 1 directly to the BTU solely for the use of IPTV affect my network speeds?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
