Rear ended todei. Bad luck whole week

Last week saw 1 motobodo langgar red light hit by car. This morning also saw another unker on moto get hit by siti at traffic light, unker fall in front of me almost got hit by me.

Then this afternoon on way to melaka in jam got rear ended by starex when emergency brake bcos car in front emergency brake too . Dunno lah which people curse me.

Need mandi bunga after this I guess

Opinion on buying house

I just finished my study on Jan and started working for a month now with salary of RM3.5k (RM3.1k after epf deduction) in Bangsar. I also have around 30k savings in tabung haji. I am thinking of buying a house because I plan to get married next year and this year seems to be a good year to buy house. I already get a car from father and only have to continue pay loan for remaining 11 month. My target price for house is around RM280k for full loan with around RM1450 monthly payment. Maybe one of those rumawip or rumah selangorku.

My monthly commitment currently is only RM250 for house rent and RM450 for car loan. I walk to office so no toll and fuel cost and after finish car loan next year, my commitment will be a lot less.

So what is k's opinion? Should I buy this year because I worried if the good units will already sold out if wait longer. Or if I am too ambitious to buy a new house when only just start working

Ps. Maybe not immediately la buy house. Mid this year or end of this year.
