Win7 With huawei E220

greeting....

im just buy new netbook, acer 1810TZ, complete with Windows7 home premium....
everithing seem ok untill i try to connect to internet using my huawei E220 modem....

when i connect my e220 to my usb, it detect normally and i can install my "mobile connect" software...
but when i lunching my mobile connect, it cannot detect my modem..... it said like"cannot detect your device"
when i check, it only detect my e220 as storage device only, not modem...

how can i settle this problem???
or my e220 not compatible with win7 64bit?? need to change to 32bit???
or should i change back to vista?? or upgrade to win7 ultimate???
if can, i dont want to change any OS, only want the solution so that i can connect to internet using my E220

anyway, thankx in advance....

im using huawei e220 modem.....
and celcom D68pakage broadband data only simkad...
my prob is, now my huawei cannot detect my BB simkad.......

1st ly i think simkad problem, then i change my BB simkad put into my handfon,
and my normal telefon simkad into my E220 modem......
my handfon can detect my BB simkad and i can connect to the internet using my telefon with BB simkad.

and also, my E220 modem can also detect my normal celcom telefon simkad,

my Q is, what is the problem???
if my BB simkad 'kaput', it must cannot be detect by my E220 and also my handfon ( i already has this prob before n change to new simkad)
but if my E220 'kaput' it must cannot detect my normal telefon simkad. but in this case, the sim can be detect by my E220.....

anyone have any idea??????

guide to buying 2nd hand house.....

greeting....
im planning to buy a complete 2nd hand house...
it a Terrence house in kl, around 250k........
i found it via agent......
already meet the agent and see the house.....quite ok la,
simple renovation only.....

now, what i must do???
put some deposit to the agent so that he not sell it to another person while i check my loan approval???
or just check loan approval 1st without paying the agent the deposite???
i afraid after give him deposite, he will take away my money.....

this is my 1st time on buying home......
please give me advise.....

as mention above,
what brand and type of UPS is good???
my company need to buy several UPS for PC, coz alway electric supply tripping(factory)
so, need an UPS so that my kerani can save her work before shutting down his pc.

what must i consider before buying an UPS?
how long can it running in backup???
what brand is the best?
how many PC can 1 UPS support???

cannot open C: with normal double click

greeting, hope lyn member can help me with this problem.......

i cannot access my C: directory when i double click my C:
when i click c: it will ask me to choose program as u can see below

i having this problem with my laptop an also my desktop......
it almost 3 month already.
i already try to format my desktop, but the problem still cannot fix....
(i format drive c: only coz have a lot of data in my other partition)
this problem also effecting my other partition in my desktop.

can anyone help to solve my problem plzzzz......

Do we need Grounding when setup ICE?

do we need to put grounding wire or voltage stabilizer when we want to setup ICE.
let say car with HU, Component speaker, 1Amp and 1woofer..........
if we not put grounding, what will happen ????
im planning to setup ICE for my car, and now calculate my budget.....
if grouding is not very important, i think i dont want to use it coz my budget is tight...
but if grounding is important when setup ICE, i must include the cost for grounding in my budget........
